Summary

I have been immersed in the construction industry since the age of 12, bringing decades of hands-on experience and leadership. My career includes service in the U.S. Navy as a member of the Seabees during Operation Iraqi Freedom, where I honed my skills in high-pressure, mission-critical environments.

Over the years, I have successfully navigated industry challenges, including the housing and oil market downturns, while contributing to various organizations with unwavering dedication. My goal has always been to deliver excellence in every role and team I’ve been part of to bring my 110% commitment to success.

I specialize in managing high-stress, fast-paced environments and building complex schedules. I oversaw the construction of over 110 homes simultaneously in various phases, mastering scheduling, quality control, and customer service. I place great importance on fostering strong relationships with subcontractors and on-site inspectors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

In my role I have managed daily operations for over 70 employees and leveraged software such as Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, Build-Pro, and Procore to optimize the building process. My responsibilities included producing daily production reports, maintaining SWPPP compliance, adhering to OSHA standards, implementing quality control measures, and building lasting relationships with clients, subcontractors, city officials, and inspectors.

Additionally, I have significant offsite land development experience, including managing the installation of underground wet and dry utilities and civil improvements such as grading, city roadwork, drainage, and public sidewalks. I am also an FAA-licensed drone pilot, bringing advanced aerial technology to enhance site surveys, project monitoring, and quality assurance efforts.

With proven expertise in leadership, operations, and innovative project execution, I am ready to contribute to an organization that values integrity, efficiency, and excellence.
