- Despite 33 years of service with this employer, I wasn't in the same place. I was frequently moved to the facility that had the greatest need at the time and I was able to enter the different environments and assimilate quickly. My ability to connect and function almost seamlessly has served me well. In 2025 alone I served as the interim maintenance manager in 3 plants and training new maintenance managers.
