* 11 years of experience servicing and troubleshooting water treatment equipment, typically in a cold factory environment, used for a wide variety of fresh produce, meat, and canned products, water purification, and biofilm reduction applications
* Drive and Fly to visit customers nationwide and internationally to provide Customer service, Customer Training, Field service of pumps, injection quills, sale of equipment, systems design and installation, sensor maintenance and calibration, and water sample testing.
* Troubleshoot water treatment processes which utilize a variety of chemistries. Including: Chlorine, Citric Acid, Peracetic Acid, Sodium Chlorite, Hydrochloric Acid, Chlorine Dioxide, and Caustic chemicals.
* Wire, program and use Walchem chemical injection controllers, injection quills, and Iwaki pumps
* Calibrate and maintain sensors, and membrane caps for ORP, PH, PPM, and Temp, etc, used in a variety of chemical water treatment processes.
* Communicate with customers by phone and email.
• Respond to product requests from domestic and international distributors and customers and provide detailed quotes.
• Assist distributors and customers to ensure they receive the correct parts
• Coordinate with customers, Plant Managers, Engineers, and Business owners.
• Provides phone and email tech support for pumps, controllers, and sensors.
• Provide continued training and tech support to customers
• Write detailed service reports
