  • It was quoted at 1 part per minute, after prototyping fixtures, and custom tooling from a cutting tool manufacture we were able to increase output by 100% to 2 parts per minute and a scrap qty of 3 parts out of the 15,000 that were manufactured
  • Implement lean manufacturing, to reduce scrap by 20% across all production departments
  • After multiple successful ME implementations Promoted to Production Manager of 24/7 production teams including Production Programming (3), Tool Room (8), Automation (3), Assembly (12), Maintenance (4) and Production (33).
