Accomplishments
For more than 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of serving in the United States Air Force. It’s been a career filled with incredible people, tough challenges, and opportunities I never imagined when I first put on the uniform.
I’ve learned that leadership isn’t about rank or titles. It’s about earning trust, taking care of your people, and helping them become the best version of themselves. That’s been the most rewarding part of my career.
Today, I serve as a Senior Operations Executive (E-9), leading organizations, advising senior leaders, and solving complex operational challenges around the world. I’ve been fortunate to lead teams of more than 1,300 people and oversee billions of dollars in resources, but what I’m proudest of is the people I’ve had the chance to mentor and watch succeed.
As I begin preparing for my transition from military service, I’m excited about what’s next. I’m looking for an opportunity to continue leading great people, building strong teams, and helping organizations tackle difficult problems. I know I’ll have plenty to learn, and that’s a challenge I genuinely look forward to.
When I’m not working, life revolves around my family. My wife has been my rock through every assignment, deployment, and move over the past two decades, and together we’ve raised two incredible kids who keep us grounded and laughing. Whenever I get the chance, you’ll usually find me outdoors chasing ducks or whitetails, fishing, camping, or training for an endurance race. Those are the moments that help me recharge.
