Part of an M&A, multi-functional, integration team to transform purchased OEM factories into Celestica factories. Focus on standardization of corporate processes and expectations.

· Key integration lead, on-site liaison integrating newly acquired manufacturing sites (Colorado, Monterrey, MX, Wisconsin, Oklahoma) and Celestica Corporate (Toronto). Lived in US and Mexico during integration activities. Finished all integration activities within 9-12 months.

· Hired and trained local personnel into SCM roles (buyers, planners, material program managers, etc.) to ensure the successful management and integration of Celestica businesses.

· Developed the necessary procedures and processes to ensure factory material flows met corporate standards and KPIs.

· Developed and implemented processes to optimize supply flexibility and pricing for each acquired site.

• Managed site procurement activities ensuring planning and material alignment to manufacturing needs for customers EMC, SUN Microelectronics and IBM (Power).

· Responsible for memory COGS ($400M/yr) and procurement of memory supply, specifically for: SRAM, DRAM, and Flash.

· Involved pricing negotiations, PO placement, delivery management and overall supplier relationship management (report cards, take-down rates, delivery performance, etc.).
