I worked for Over a 27 in the airline industry under 3 different carrier names. HP/US/AA

I spent the majority of my time there in a supervisory roll. 15 of the years

I was in charge mainly over the Ramp crew and Flight operations, Lead Crew Chief.

In the early years I was in charge of the Entire operation

Over the years had became qualified to do every job at a Field Station Including Ticket Counter, Gates, Baggage Service , Ramp And Operations/Load Master. And a supervisor in each area. I excelled in every job I had…

We had extensive safety training in de-anti ice Hazardous materials. We had to train push a 5 million dollar aircraft full of human souls.

I was also responsible for everything that was loaded onto our airplanes. And the crews did the work under my direction.

I was a signature for my manager . I was trained in airport badging for acceptance for an airport security documents for San Jose airport security area. Every week I would pull of some kind of miracle in regards to the 10 early rule

I can tell you stories of stranded passengers from over booked and broken airplanes. Of course they happened frequently on Holidays.

We relocated aircraft under San Jose's tower. The As Brake rider we would start the aircraft and Move it for various reasons most of weren't good or cost extra money

I started with America West Airlines in 1992.
