Facilities Maintenance Leadership—Over 5 years leading and developing
technicians as Lead Building Engineer and RME Tech 3 for PDX7. Led teams
through IOQ and launch for TUS2, PDX9, PDX7, and EUG5 identifying
installation errors for conveyance, electrical, HVAC, and FLS systems.
Worked on and trained peers to correct these errors, helping these buildings
to have successful launches. PDX7 has gone on to be the #1 building in the
TNS network for CBRE on both the BBM and RME sides of the business.
QEE – Worked with Amazon to develop and establish QEE/QEW program at
inception, and over the years have qualified over 35 electrical workers
(QEW), led TAC and tech drills, and supervised/led Electrical Apprenticeship
program as Plant Journeyman to help develop and license 5 electricians in OR
as LMEs.
Compliance and Record Keeping—YOY achieved top scores for 100%
compliance on all FLS, record-keeping blah blah blah—achieving all KPIs for
the client in BBM.
Project Leadership—Led countless electrical installation projects over the past
5 years at PDX7 (and other buildings?) saving the client over $100K in vendor
related costs, while providing electrical training and hands-on development
opportunities to our apprentices and QEWs.
