Very well seasoned Spring maker whom after all these years is still excited to face new challenges in wire and metal forming. I`m constantly seeking to streamline and improve the process with each set-up.
Committed to Lean and I wish there were FAR more of it at my current job. (99.9% nonexistent here)
My favorite thing to do is look at new quotes and solve the never ending puzzle of~
A. Who the heck designed this part/assembly??!!??
B. Ok, lets draw up a process to run it in or machines reliably, cost effectively, and without breaking anything.
Dedicated to my work, I wear my game face from clock in until clock out. I enjoy managing multiple tasks while simultaneously thinking up methods to solve issues.
With that in mind, I rarely engage fellow associates in irrelevant discourse during on- duty hours.
If I have the time to talk it`ll be to discuss ideas. We can talk about the fishing trip on break.
Strong aptitude for safe working habits and always check multiple times before hitting any Start buttons.
