I was helping a friend of mine prepare yachts for sale. We would go to a shipyard and take factory boats then customize them. I was only 18 when I had this job and the cashier job.

I did this for a long time, maybe 14 years, I took care of horses, goats, and chickens mostly but also cats and dogs. I really like taking care of animals, watering plants and such if I’m house sitting, stuff like that it is very enjoyable work to me.

I did this for about 18 months, Burke is blind and needs a driver to get to his job. His sister was also my boss, she paid me.

I only worked here for a few weeks as a teenager, I didn’t mind being a cashier but several regular customers were abusive or harassed me and my manager told me to suck it up. At Trulieve they would be banned from the location for a time I have heard and I approve of that policy instead of managers letting their employees take regular abuse. I had customers stalking me more or less. Coming in every day to bother me, so I quit.
