Started as a Laborer and worked my way up to a carpenters supervisors position In this experience with a formwork only contractor was able to gain lots of practical use knowledge of different applications for formwork. Learned safe and productive methods on how to install and remove concrete formwork. The team atmosphere and safety culture learned in my time with McClone influences my work habits to this day.
