Exploration Well Delivery Team

• Planned and executed five deepwater exploration and appraisal wells - Leopard Appraisal 1, Leopard Appraisal 1 Sidetrack, Mollerusa, Blacktip North, and Blacktip North Sidetrack as project lead.
• Provided real-time operations support for multiple deepwater wells including Mercury and Appomattox West.
• Acted as subject matter expert for well trajectory design, pre-spud operations readiness, formation tops and depth uncertainty, and regulatory submissions.

Perdido Deepwater Mexico Exploration Team

• Matured the amplitude supported Oligocene play in the southern deep water Mexico-Perdido area to a high graded portfolio of opportunities.
• Identified the Chimalli prospect, and matured project through the prospect maturation process.
• Planned the Chimalli well trajectory and matured project to drill ready status on accelerated timeline.
• Coordinated acquisition and processing of regional MAZ survey in southern Perdido along with several prospect focused reprocessing projects.

Perdido Development Team.

• Project Lead for the successful and highly challenging GA015 well, the first WM50 (Lower Wilcox) producer at Perdido.
• Coordination of Seismic Processing and Velocity Model Building Projects (2013 OBS, 2015 Silvertip i4D, 2016 Silvertip HDS, 2017 Silvertip joint KLSM, 2018 WM50 Velocity Model update and re-processing).
• 3D seismic interpretation and static model building at Silvertip (Frio/Oligocene), WM12 (Upper Wilcox), WM50 (Lower Wilcox), and Tobago (Upper Wilcox).
• Deepwater Well Delivery - Responsible for the geophysical planning and delivery of seven Deepwater development wells (SA004, GD002, GD003, GA018, GA015, SA005, GA017).
• The interpretation of 4D seismic successfully identified future development well locations and eliminated the unnecessary producer well (TA002) from the rig sequence, resulting in over $150 million in CAPEX savings.
• Led a multi-disciplinary 4D interpretation and integration team (Silvertip 4D Task Force) to impact future opportunities, reserves, and WRFM (Well Reservoir Facility Management) activities.
• Coordination of QI projects (Silvertip Jason and Promise Inversions, WM12 Promise Inversion)
• Seafloor surveillance (AUV and PMTs)
• Demonstrated safety leadership by leading the subsurface well delivery team through the successful planning of complex deep-water development wells.

4D Seismic/Aerial Monitoring Research Team

• Planned and executed first dual-well 3D VSP survey in Deepwater GoM (Mars)
• Planned and executed seismic, VSP, and DAS technology field trials in onshore U.S. (Pinedale, Magnolia, Colorado FWT), GoM (Mars), and onshore Canada (Groundbirch, Quest) involving diverse groups of stakeholders both internal and external to Shell.
• Interpretation of experimental seismic data sets leading to maturation of DAS fiber-optic sensing technology for geophysical applications.
• 4D seismic interpretation (Mars i4D, several time-lapse VSP surveys)
• Designed, processed, and interpreted multiple 2D and 3D VSP surveys.
• Modelling and seismic survey design including ray tracing (Smart, IIW/Imagine, MATLAB) and WFD/finite difference modelling.
