  • Responsible for the on-site integration and activation of new service that includes macro cells, macro cell capacity additions, in-building and distributed antenna systems, and network facilities, including post integration drive test data collection and E911 verification.
  • Analyze sites on a sector / cell site level using network tools to determine if any interference is present. Test drive with spectrum analyzer and made contact with individuals as needed to resolve interference issues.
  • Analyze sites on a sector / cell site level using network tools to determine if any PIM or VSWR is present. Diagnose, troubleshoot, resolve issues onsite with use of PIM Analyzer and work with vendors to resolve tower top problems using a bid/PO process to ensure fair pricing.
  • Responsible for special event COLT deployment, integration, and activations.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose dark fiber problems using OTDR testing and other related fiber test gear.
  • Perform maintenance on all base station and transmission equipment located at sites.
