Ability to troubleshoot material problems or application techniques and teach customers how to improve or eliminate defects, or surface cosmetics. Ability to help solve any part of their composites fabrication process, from equipment, to consumables, to raw materials. Work with inside sales to mentor and guide daily activities for each customer and be sure they get the right product, price, and on time delivery. Work with suppliers to collaboratively gain new sales as well as manage supply and pricing for existing sales. Exceed customer service expectations well beyond any competition so they will always come back to Composites One should a competitive price situation is offered. Put the customer first in every task. Travel with sales manager, VP of Sales, Presidents, and CEO, as well as customer service representatives. Travel with suppliers to customers to provide additional level of support to their businesses.
