30 years of experience in commercial and residential hvac sheet metal work. Experienced with managing work site operations to complete projects on time and in a safe manner. Reliable and focused on producing quality results.
Worked to ensure the project I was on was done in a timely manner, work was done properly and that it was done safely. Was in charge of ordering 90% of materials needed for the project and assigning daily workload to up to sometimes 10 workers per day.
Worked on the various smaller projects they had going on at the time. Sometimes with other foreman. It was a small crew there. There was only like 4 other tinners employed at the time. Some places we worked were Carroll College and John Deere plant in Horicon.
Worked on multiple new multi story apartment buildings. Started as a journeyman which turned into a foreman position 1 year later. Then I was in charge of at least 10 buildings over the remaining time I was there. Each one averaged around 150 units per building. There was residential and commercial work in each building. All projects were completed on time and safely.
Started as an apprentice then to a journeyman then to a foreman. I did both commercial and residential in this position. We did anything from furnace change outs to school additions and new construction projects. While there I also did hand lay out of fittings and fabrication of them.
