Becoming Chief Operating Officer with Tint World Franchise has been one of my greatest accomplishments and by far my greatest honor. I began my career at Tint World as the first Operations Manager when the Franchise had less than 15 location. As we grew the company, I was promoted to VP of Operations where I built an Operations Department of 7 Operations Managers, trained all of them, built a complete operational system for the Franchise, designed and developed new systems for Franchisee's. During this time I perfected P&l Management and became an expert in Development including all aspects of the Commercial Real Estate Division, Site Selection, Lease / Purchase Negotiations and Construction / Build-Outs. In 2018 I was promoted to COO where I maintained all company departments, worked closely with the CEO on new and existing initiatives and worked tirelessly on company growth. During my time we grew the company from a small handful of locations to a large Franchise with 150+ locations opened and operating as well as an additional 170 under development.
I began my automotive career at Coral Springs Auto Mall as a 19 year old man. This set of roles began as a salesperson at Coral Springs Honda where I learned extensive sales skills under the GM Scott Smith who later went on to become owner of Nissan / Mazda of Union City GA. As a salesperson at Coral Springs Honda I achieved multiple awards sch as Salesman of the Month and "Mallmaster" multiple times. I also was trained in Preowned cars and was given the opportunity to learn appraising used vehicles. The opportunity presented to join Scott Smith in Union City and be promoted to management which I accepted. In Union City I began in Finance and was quickly promoted to Sales Manager where I became an expert in putting deals and leases together along with facilitating TO's.
After a little over a year there my father passed unexpectedly in South Florida and I decided to move back to help my mother. At that time, I went back to Coral Springs Auto Mall however went back into sales rather than management by my choice in order to allow myself the time to dedicate to helping my mother.
