After taking over accounts in March of 2018, volume increased by double on two accounts and by more than 50% on the third one from the previous year after my taking over the accounts.

  • Managing a rotating drop pool of 10-15 trailers for 3 different truck carriers for one plant, while also managing a larger drop pool of over 50 trucks/trailers for the main dedicated Truck Carrier for two other plants they serviced.

  • While at Mode (Most Recent), A Customer I managed the account for specifically asked the Agency owner for me to fly with him to meet them in person due to my outstanding management of their account.
