I managed 2 houses, a 27,000 sq. ft. mansion and a 5,000 sq. ft. home. Reporting to me were 2 housekeepers, a houseman and a chef. In the first 4 months I did the forensics of the houses and built house manuals for each. I designed checklists for each position and routine to be completed on a weekly basis. I managed all vendors and overseen a renovation on a 60,000 gallon pool, complete exterior painting and many other updates.

My duties included overseeing 28 acres of property, vendor management, product/project research, gardening and pet care. I had overseen major renovation projects such as a new HVAC system, door replacement, mold and insulation removal, installation of a new electrical system, gutter replacement and relocating a generator. I was involved daily in the maintenance of the property; and I did weekly reports showing my progress as well as briefing the homeowners as needed.

Supervised a total of 3 crews for maintenance, security and gardening at a luxury villa in the Dominican Republic. My duties included building procedures, periodic routines for routine maintenance, research vendors, supervising 12 employees, inventory, locating parts and products, scheduling employee hours and quality control all done in the Spanish language.

I managed and maintained an estate that included an intercostal home, 4 vehicles, 3 motorcycles and 2 large yachts totaling a value of over 17 million dollars. Managed vendors on a complete renovation of the estate in a 9-month period. Also set up a maintenance schedule that brought in vendors on a routine basis. Built the house's first house manual. Held the position as marine engineer on their 124 ft. custom Westport yacht during several trips sailing to the Bahamas.

My duties included: Maintenance of the entire ship, wash downs, engine checks while under way, etc. Sailed New England and several trips up and down the East Coast on a 110 ft motor yacht

• Utilized best practices and troubleshooting techniques to resolve machinery issues.
• Reported violations of regulations, applicable laws and company policies immediately and took appropriate action.
• Oversaw preventive maintenance of marine diesel engines and turbine generators.
• Conducted periodic rounds and inspections of machinery spaces.
• Supervised other engineers and crew members and trained for routine and emergency duties.
