Qualifications for this position stem from five years of customer- service focused positions, a transferable associates degree, certifications in numerous computer programs, and a desire to help others. Over the past 2 years I had the opportunity to work for Fred Meyer, Mt. Baker Ski Area, and Squalicum Harbor. Through this experience I developed habits to professionally work for and represent a public organization. I often served as the face of the organization by greeting and directing the public, ensuring customer satisfaction, payment processing, conflict resolution, and collaborating with supervisors on special projects. In January of 2022, I received an associates degree from Whatcom Community College majoring in a general transferable degree in arts and science.
