I was in charge of scheduling jobs and making sure they were completed. I would figure the prints and make a list of all the panels and anything else we needed to complete the job and schedule the concrete. I would help get the foundation ready, square it up and pour the concrete.

I would set the forms, square it up and put the concrete. I would also strip the panels off of the walls the next day. I would make sure that my crew was trained and understood the job and best way to complete tasks safely
