Over a three-year span, I led the transformation of Aiken Girls Basketball from a struggling program into a respected CMAC Red Division contender, restoring pride and introducing a level of success the program had not previously sustained.

After inheriting a program that had won just 10 games over the previous four seasons, the 2023–2024 team surpassed that total in one year (11–12), restored a full 22-game schedule for the first time in five years, and returned to OHSAA tournament play.

The 2024–2025 season marked a historic leap forward:

• 15–7 overall record (most wins in school history at the time)
• First Top-5 tournament seed in school history
• CMAC Red Division Coach of the Year
• CPS All-Star Game Head Coach
• Multiple All-Conference selections and Conference Players of the Year
• Multiple Division II college signings
• Team GPA increased to 3.5

The 2025–2026 season elevated the program even further:

• 16–6 overall record (new school record for wins)
• 3.8 Team GPA
• Defeated the #1 team in the conference (first time in school history)
• 2 First-Team & 2 Second-Team All-Conference selections
• Three Top-5 conference scorers
• Multiple college placements across NAIA, NCAA, NJCAA, and USCAA levels
• Individual milestones including 1,000-point scorers and back-to-back Defensive Player of the Year honors
• Back-to-back record-breaking seasons (15 wins → 16 wins)
• Established Aiken as a legitimate CMAC Red contender
• Developed conference scoring leaders every season
• Increased academic performance from 2.8 GPA to 3.8 GPA
• Consistent college placement and player advancement
• Restored competitiveness, culture, and program identity

• Founded and developed Leaders of Tomorrow into one of Cincinnati’s premier youth basketball programs, serving 300+ boys and girls annually, the only major program in the city offering comprehensive programming for both.
• Built and managed a full developmental pipeline for boys and girls from preschool through 11th grade.
• Lead communication and relationship management with families, community stakeholders, and donors, ensuring strong engagement, retention, and program sustainability.
• Secure sponsorships and donor support to fund scholarships, travel, equipment, and program growth initiatives.
• Oversee all program operations, including staffing, budgeting, scheduling, recruitment, and long-term strategic planning.
• Established Puma NxtPro/Pro16 affiliation, providing athletes with national-level exposure and elite competition opportunities.

• Directed and developed competitive travel teams across multiple divisions
• Built sustainable player development systems
• Established relationships with high school and collegiate recruiters
• Oversaw full program logistics and performance strategy
• Developed and implemented training programs to enhance team performance and skill development.
• Fostered a positive team culture through effective communication and conflict resolution techniques.

In 2023, I accepted the Head Coaching position at Riverview East Academy and worked to rebuild participation numbers, though the program was ultimately unable to field a team that season due to roster limitations.

• Key contributor to back-to-back winning varsity seasons
• Directed all varsity offensive schemes, play-calling structure, and opponent-specific adjustments
• Spearheaded player development programs that elevated individual performance and team production

(COVID-Shortened 10-Game Season)

• Served as JV Head Coach and Varsity Assistant during the COVID-adjusted season.
• Played a key leadership role in mentorship and player development across both levels.
• Led film breakdown sessions and opponent scouting reports to assist in game preparation and strategic planning.
• Coordinated skill development workouts focused on fundamentals, basketball IQ, and positional growth.
• Assisted in practice planning, defensive schemes, and in-game adjustments at the varsity level.
• Helped maintain team culture and accountability during a challenging, shortened season.

• Led individual and small-group player development sessions focused on skill progression, footwork, decision-making, and positional growth.
• Directed opponent scouting coverage, including film breakdown, personnel analysis, and game-plan preparation.
