Rather than use the canned, Resume Builder bullet points, let me briefly tell you who I am in my own words...

I am an Army veteran, having served with the 3rd US Infantry Regiment, The Old Guard (Presidential Honor Guard) from 1984 to my honorable discharge in May, 1988. I am an honorably retired Nevada law enforcement officer, having spent 28 years in that field. My law enforcement philosophy was oriented towards seeking voluntary compliance and agreement rather than relying on authority. Leadership comes naturally to me and I've been placed into training, teaching or supervisory roles throughout most of my career. That said, I am also a very team-oriented person and can easily operate in a subordinate role. Additional certifications, schools and accomplishments are available upon request.

I am a married father of a 6 year old girl. I have numerous interests, primarily having to do with being outdoors and in the natural world. I'm an extremely loyal and dedicated person and I like to see projects through to completion. I have never been terminated from a job or position. I have never left a job without proper and extended notice.
