Accomplishments
As a Behavioral Assistant, I have improved the quality of life of families with the use of in-home services provided through a family’s involvement with the Care Management Organization (CMO) or Mobile Response & Stabilization Services (MRSS)
Provide short term services designed to help youth change behaviors, strengthen skills, and increase adaptive behaviors
The services are provided based on an evaluation of need, and in conjunction with a comprehensive plan of care that includes all the formal and informal supports working with the family. My communication skills acquire active participation of the youth and caregivers, so engagement with the family is a success
I have demonstrated the ability to work independently and within a team to develop and implement a plan of care to improve the vision, strengths, and needs of families participating in the Children's System of Care.
