• Create, fill, and process approximately 25-35 purchase orders a day for all surgery disposable products Manage open purchase orders and monitor orders as they are received Works with Inventory Control Specialists (ICS) to keep set inventory levels of all OR products Find substitute products for backordered items and discontinued items Negotiate pricing for new product/items Talk to vendor representatives about new product lines for surgical operations Work with vendors and outlying hospitals to bring in products for emergency procedures.

• Responsible for placing requisitions daily for over 10,000 items Walked shelves requalary and monitored inventory levels of all disposable items in the OR Monitor stock levels and adjusted inventory as needed Reduced inventory and helped save approximately $1,000,000 as ICS Talked to doctors/staff about specialty items and sent information to OR buyer Use Excel, PeopleSoft, and Outlook on a daily basis for all job aspects.

• Inventoried supplies and place orders for all hospital supply lockers. Restock shelves in storeroom and clean and organize products on shelf Deliver processed freight to all outlying clinics/departments on hospital campus Helped with shipping and receiving as needed.

Inventoried all computers, laptops, monitors, and printers for all national guard armories in Oregon state. Issued and received all computer and computer components.

• OH58D Kiowa Warrior Armament, Avionics, and Electrical Repair
• Set up all small parts for ordering. Signed for $26 million of equipment and responsible for tacking and annual inventory.
• Followed safety procedures while analyzing issues and working on aircraft.
