- Responsible for supervision of associates in Outbound, Sort and Inbound department.
- Assisting the Area Manager in daily department duties such as meeting quality and CPT goals; Ensuring that the Standard Work Sequence for processing are being followed consistently.
- Work with the Pick and Shipping Department to ensure all CPT units are processed in a timely manner.
- Coach associates as needed in Standard Work Sequence for packing in all paths, as well as indirect roles such as Process Guide and Water Spider.
