Responsible for various aspects of the Design and Installation of Robotic applications utilizing Machine Vision systems within the Automotive Industry.

Responsibilities Included:

• Project Management over Customer Installations including all coordination with Customers from Design phases through Installation and on.

• Programming and Installation of various OEM Vision System Manufacturers: Including INOS Vision systems, Perceptron, ISRA, Cognex, Keyence, SICK and others.

• Complete Programming and Installation of various OEM Robot Manufacturers: Including Fanuc, ABB, Kuka, Kawasaki.
• I have various 'Certifications' from Basic Programming Courses to Advanced Programming Courses, Maintenance Courses, etc from Fanuc, ABB & Kawasaki Robots.
• Majority of Applications utilized Machine Vision Systems for Robot Guidance applications, and Robot Programming was a major Service we offered at VRSI.
• Responsible for majority of On-site Production Support schedules for Projects I was involved in as well.
• Responsible for Customer & Plant employee training on the majority of Vision applications VRSI installed.

• Responsible for all aspects of Installation and Commissioning of ISRA Robot Guidance Vision Systems.

• Majority of my time was spent working on Automotive Glass Decking technologies. To include the Vision Programming as well as Robot programming.

• Robot Certifications:
• Fanuc robots: Completed the vast majority of Fanuc courses to include Basic, Advanced, Safety, & Maintenance Courses on various Controllers. Familiar with both TP & Karel Programming.
• Kawasaki Robots: Basic Progamming Courses, also very fluent in AS Programming lanuage.
