I am a very experienced corrections officer with more than 11 years in the field. I spent more than 8 years at the level of sergeant and have been a lead worker and staff mentor all that time. I also have a background in maintenance and construction. I plan to utilize all of my experience to come into Bureau of Prisons service ready to be a team player from the very start. I think I would make a valuable member of any team and I am willing to accept any role that is given to me and to be teachable in learning how things are done at a new agency.
