As my career and experience at NetJets have accumulated, I have acquired both procedural knowledge and the desire to positively affect the pilot culture. Over the years, I have had the privilege to fly with many adept captains and first officers. There have been a distinct few who left such a strong impressions that it changed the way I view and execute my job. Individuals who were highly skilled in the aircraft, well versed in company policies and strictly adhered to SOPs. Moreover, they were the consummate professionals in appearance, demeanor, and went above and beyond to treat others with the highest regard. Simply put, they were the kind of leaders you want to follow. This motivated me to expand on my career and engage myself in the training department. Being a training captain has given me the opportunity to offer the experience and knowledge I have obtained over my career to our new crew members and captain upgrades. During that role I was able to grow my communication skills and procedural knowledge to a higher level while cultivating the highest safety culture. I have learned, through experience, that the best results are more easily obtained when everyone has clear and open communication while focusing on the same goals.
More recently I've found myself desiring the need to do something more with my career. I have become more drawn to reengage myself outside the corporate field and what the industry has to offer. The opportunity for new challenges excites me. I am certain with my background and skillset that I will be an incredible asset UPS. Organized and dependable candidate successful at managing multiple priorities with a positive attitude. Willingness to take on added responsibilities to meet team goals.
