I believe communication is the key to success. That is why I have a open door policy. If you need anything at any time I am available. I stay in constant contact with field operations from supervisors on location as well as OSR. Make daily appearances on pad to ensure they put a face to the name. 

LEADERSHIP

Been a Service Delivery Manager Swing for the last 3 years and have grown considerably. I work well with all customers keeping up with good relations often being called back for issues they  might encounter at a later date. I feel my years as a Supervisor before this has shaped me to be the Manager I am today. I work closely to budgeting, Eos, Supervisor, OSR, 3rd party, as well as our yard and Ops managers.
