Summary

Dynamic Safety Technician with a proven track record at BrandSafway, enhancing workplace safety through effective training and rigorous inspections. Skilled in incident reporting and safety documentation, I foster a culture of safety awareness and collaboration, ensuring compliance with health regulations and improving safety standards across teams.

I began my career with Safway Scaffold in April 2004. Over multiple decades I have been a Foreman, General Foreman and have supervised shifts at several plants. I always made it a priority to implement safety as the changes have come over the years as opposed to letting the changes hinder production.

In March 20021 I joined the Safety team. Now the the things I used to practice are the things I stress to Employees across the company to implement. I believe setting clear expectations and having personal accountability is Key in everyone's personal safety. I also like to engage our employees in the field to see if we can come up with new ways to complete tasks safer and more efficiently.

We always have time to do the job safely!
