Ability to properly manage pullets and breeders to attain their full genetic potential in terms of attaining their expected livability, egg production, hatching eggs, and day-old chick production. Properly implemented procedures on breeder management, brooding, lighting program, feed program, weighing program, farm biosecurity, and animal welfare programs.
Ability and experience to coordinate with and scheduling of service crews and transportation as needed for pullets and breeders. Supervised the proper cleaning and disinfection of the poultry houses during the end of brooding and laying.
