Store Manager of the Year

In my career at Payless Shoe Source, the longest tenure in any company for me, there were many awards, plaques, recognitions, and highlights.   The biggest one was when I won Store Manager of the Year.   That award revolved around so many things:  profitability,

sales, shrink, retention, leadership, mentoring and leading other managers in the company.    Absolutely one of the biggest highlights of my time there!
