  • Kept a good eye how well or how bad we had been running to help figure out how many more batches we needed to make to hit our case commit. With a goal of +/- 5% we needed to be within a batch on some skus. Did want to over product or under produce for commits and over use.
  • Team Lead Assistant while in the Frozen and Softbake department. Would work closely with team members during this time to make sure we are working safe and efficient. Total of 5 years of experience between the two departments. Participated in daily DDS and Reconnect with the line team. Completed shift notes on a daily basis. Made the schedule for the team and would be as fair as I could getting people rotated between the jobs to keep up their skills (softbake).
