  • Oversee field duties for 170 +/- wells in ND (Parshall, Ross, Wildrose, Crosby, Halliday Fields)
  • Monitor production numbers for each well daily
  • Monitor SWD injection rates for 8 saltwater disposals

  • Work closely with 4 production foremen and 20 operators to maintain maximum production rates and uptime
  • Gather Site View information for equipment tracking and continually update as equipment was added/removed or activated/deactivated

  • Continually communicated with DEP oil, gas, water reps and the DEQ
  • Worked closely with Contract Operators through EL&M (Energy, Land & Mineral) to ensure the Johnstown WV well stayed operational.
