• Served as lead project manager responsible for converting the legacy corporate Richter merchandising system over to the Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS)

• Developed custom inventory replenishment system that combined target weeks of supply levels with dynamic sales forecasts to calculate min/max values and generate purchase orders and transfers reducing the average inventory carrying costs down to 76.6 million versus 89.7 million from the prior
• Developed custom Open-to-Buy software that used target inventory turn rates to control inventory costs associated with core and seasonal merchandise
• Developed an in-house Oracle data warehouse that seamlessly captured data from the Retail Merchandising System, SAP POS systems and the HR systems
• Utilized the AppWorx job scheduler and SSIS packages to schedule data downloads of critical business data and run processes to generate summarized data that allowed for very fast reporting response times
• Developed a custom Business Intelligence system and corporate intranet that included graphical, drill-down and Excel based reports for inventory levels, supply chain movement, sales, and promotional activities.
