• Day & Zimmerman is Contracted by LG&E at the Trimble County Power Plant in Bedford Ky. and our responsibility it to ensure coal reaches each unit. Before each shift we do a walk through of all the coal handling components, belts, etc. then i operate a Caterpillar D-8 and D-9 Komatsu 375 and rubber tire 834K bulldozer pushing coal into the feeders. Also preform electrical switching operations and operate the coal stacker/reclaimer, operated the CBU "Coal Barge Unloader" and LBU "Limestone Barge Unloader.

• Having started August 1st I have had 2 positions first being a press operator which involved checking quality of the parts coming off the press, I then accepted a position as a stand up electric forklift operator also operated scissor lift, order picker,and a turret lift. I have since left this company due to the economy they cut the hours and the outlook was not promising.

• I was in charge of keeping the concrete plant filled with the proper mixture of clay, and the proper mixture of iron ore, and the coal furnace filled. Operated different brands and types of loaders as well as haul trucks.

Preformed pre and post shift maintenance on all machines. Received daily assignments on various projects septic system, driveway, water line for example, with little or no supervision. Maintained daily inventory of needed parts to complete the assignment. Made sure job was completed on time with quality workmanship and professionalism. Operated several different pieces of equipment including Cat D-5 and D-7 Dozer, Cat 320 and 305 excavators Cat 289 skid steer, straw blowers, various Ditch Which Trenchers, Backhoe, Articulating haul trucks,Various farm tractors, and several different hand tools

Started out as a rookie working up to a first class firefighter then promoted to the rank of Lieutenant then promoted to the rank of Captain. Had various duties which are to follow preformed pre shift equipment and vehicle checks and answered various first responder calls involving fires of every type, vehicle accidents from trains to bicycles, Water rescue from bathtubs to the Ohio River, and every call that you can imagine. I was instrumental in training, completing daily equipment and manpower forms as well as required state run reports for every emergency call I have been responsible for the firefighters and the station i was stationed at and been in charge at major fire scenes

Started out as a grinder on columns and worked in several areas multi spindle drill press, regular drill press, shear, various press brakes, Mig welders, powder coat painter, operated all fork lifts and was promoted to second shift plant 2 supervisor. we Manufactured automobile lifts and i was in charge of every aspect of the manufacturing process.
