Play a key role in supporting the sales, engineering, commissioning, and optimization of GEA Process Systems within the Food & Dairy Department.

Design process equipment configurations, flow systems, and plant operations that meet or exceed both GEA’s internal standards and the customers’ goals while adhering to company and client standards for quality, safety, and environmental compliance.

In this role, I was responsible for developing and overseeing key project documentation, including PFD's, P&ID's, GA's, KPI's, and Utility lists. I was also part of a functional team that worked together to support sales, engineering, design, procurement and commissioning to successfully complete projects on time and within a budget .

• Provided technical expertise throughout all phases of the project, ensuring accurate execution of designs and specifications.
• Maintained records for each project and engineering discipline.
• Monitored installation of materials and equipment for compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Completed construction tasks while providing safe working conditions, staying on budget and meeting project deadlines.
• Developed detailed project plans to ensure timely completion and deliverables were met.
• Determined and scheduled priorities as required to progress engineering work.
• Identified risks and implemented mitigation strategies, minimizing potential issues during the project lifecycle.
• Reviewed contractor proposals to determine favorable partnerships for on-time and under-budget project completion.
• Evaluated change order requests in response to out-of-scope work activities.
• Facilitated training sessions for project team members, boosting their skills and performance.
• Coordinated with regulatory bodies to ensure project compliance, avoiding legal and financial repercussions.
