I purchased a duplex in Phoenix in dire need of renovation. I lived in one unit while renovating the other unit and eventually renovating the entire property. I retained the property as a rental and eventually sold it in 2018.
I purchased eleven undeveloped acres six miles north of Williams, AZ.. I moved a manufactured home onto the property as well as an adjacent structure. I built a large deck with a roof, a solar panel array and fenced the remaining two sides of the property. I sold the property for a profit in 2015.
My dad was diagnosed with alzheimer's in 2000. Concurrently my mom had debilitating arthritis. As years went on I became more involved in their day to day needs. My dad died in 2010.
I attained a wholesale dealers license. I purchased vehicles from retail dealers, and government auctions (GSA) and resold them for a profit.
I was hired by Sullivan Investment Corp. and learned the ins and out of the industry. I eventually acquired my own dealers license. I continued to represent their vehicles at dealer auctions for which I was compensated.
