Perform daily mechanical room tours, scheduled preventative maintenance on equipment such as boilers, chillers, cooling towers, air handlers,exhaust fans, hot water chill water motors/pumps. Work with security giving outside contractors escorted building access.

Plain clothed BJ's security working with contracted security officers to help identify suspected shoplifters. Work with security and Howard County police if a apprehension was made.

Load outgoing trucks with pallets of ice-cream from freezer. Unload trucks and put incoming freight into stock.Training of employees on forklifts,sit down and stand up and recertification of existing employees.
