• Oversee all daily field operations including hiring and training pumpers, maintaining production standards, and overseeing all contractors.
• Oversee all pulling unit operations including maintenance pulls, fracs, casing liners, and plugging jobs including reports and cost analysis.
• Coordinate with engineering staff regarding well pulls and production issues.
• Maintain LOE and oil production goals.
• Perform and oversee H-5s, H-15s, W-10s and all other RRC compliance requirements.
• Optimize water flood patterns and oil production on San Andres, Gloretta, Clearfork and Wichita Albany properties.
• Perform fluid level and dynamometer tests on wells using Echometer equipment and TMW/TAM software.
• Maintain a safe work environment for all employees and contractors

Operate and maintain leases in high H2S environment.

Diagnose downhole issues.

Maintain pumpjacks including bearing repair, pack and repair injection pumps, and operate heater treaters and horizontal knockouts.

Roustabouting including changing electric motors, polish rod liners, and fixing flowline/injection leaks.

Operate backhoe to cover spills, unload pipe floats, and dig earth pits.

Operate company vac/pump truck cleaning up spills, performing H5 tests, and pulling tank bottoms.

Worked floors on pulling unit.

Assist Tandem pole truck in assembling and disassembling pump jacks, doing bore and sleeves on crank arms, changing out bearings, moving pump jacks and building pads.

Worked as a roustabout for 6 months, then promoted to truck pusher. Pushed roustabout truck for 1 year. Worked remainder of this time on pulling unit as floorhand.
