Served as a class 1 train service conductor on a high volume area. As the Conductor, I am responsible for moving, make-up and yarding of trains. Provide the highest quality of service while maintaining the safest course possible. Work in TWC, CTC and Commuter Territories including in and around Chicago. Adhere to the Operating and Safety rules as
well as Drug and Alcohol Policies.
As Superintendent, I am responsible for supervising the daily operations at the division level throughout my assigned territory including the direction of Trainmasters, Road Foreman, Yardmasters and all Operating employees. Along with handling customerservice plans, I closely monitor the dwell time reports, the inbound and outbound
projections and continually look for ways to improve the service plan. I am responsible for
conducting investigative hearings involving accidents or alleged rule or safety violations.
Required to perform operations testing as well as drug and alcohol monitoring.
Conducted annual performance appraisals of all employees to ensure maximum
performance goals are reached and provide mentoring and training to those who may
need it. Served as Road Foreman of Engines/Rules and Training Instructor from 2012-2013.
