I have developed and executed departmental policies and procedures, managed multimillion-dollar budgets, and obtained grants for financial and equipment resources.. As a certified School Resource Officer, my present role has been the most rewarding part of my career, engaging me in the development of drills, enhancement of physical security, and evaluation of threats.
