For the past 24 years I worked as a Paramedic providing high quality care in both the 911 fly car and Ambulance transport division of WEMS. i have worked in many communities and supported the volunteer agencies that i worked with.

• Maintained accurate documentation of patient encounters, ensuring proper billing and continuity of care
• Established and maintained strong rapport with hospital personnel to foster seamless communication in emergency situations.
• Assisted physicians in stabilizing critical patients upon arrival at the hospital setting, ensuring smoother transition into advanced care. Critical care transport with 2 medics from NWH to Lenonx Hill Hospital
• Pediatric transport from Blythedales children's hospital of children on ventilators to appointments and home.
• Increased public confidence in local EMS services by consistently demonstrating professionalism and expertise while interacting with community members.
• Participated in quality improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing pre-hospital care delivery systems within the organization. I did QA for PCR for the transport division.
• Conducted equipment and vehicle checks to maintain continuous and safe operation.
• Liaised with police, fire department and other emergency responders to manage emergency scenes.
