- Worked directly with Senior Project Managers and Executive team members to understand the need for high-end luxury customer experience through design concepts and drawings.
- As a Production Coordinator produced high level Issue for Construction (IFC) drawings from conception to completion utilizing AutoCAD, for Brand Partners, in-house remodels, and maintenance projects. This includes high quality plan check sets, MEP, IFC, bulletins and addendums.
- Responsible for creating project manuals to accommodate the construction drawings set, which in included furniture, fixture & equipment specifications.
- Worked with MEPs to ensure power & signal, ceiling, & lighting plans were drafted to code.
- Responsible for producing high quality high wall/white box drawings to ensure proper information was relayed to brand partners for their construction drawing sets.
- Reviewed Brand Partner drawings to ensure drawings were within the scope and parameters that were given to them from the high wall/white box.

- Maintained the company CAD standards. This included drawing setup, line types, blocks, plot styles, layer properties and CAD folder management.

- Responsible for maintaining the fixture library to ensure up to date with fixture labeling and new fixture additions.
- Reviewed close out drawings from Architecture firms after project closeout, to ensure layers, line weights and plans were per company drawings standards.

Travel domestically and internationally to manage on - site tradeshow installations.
