  • I oversee our Work order system 24/7 to make certain that our team completes work orders and PMs in a timely manner

  • This included waste removal, Housekeeping, Conversion, FF&E, and employee uniforms
  • While in this role I took a failing housekeeping department and made them successful by walking each area everyday until I was satisfied with the work that was being completed
  • Cleanliness is very important to a positive guest experience
  • I also took our conversion team which had very long chair strike times 45 minutes and turned that into 15 minute strikes
  • I was responsible for all FF&E within our facility and would ensure that each item was placed in the correct position daily to provide the best possible experience for our guest
  • I would order replacement items when needed
  • While Director of operations I was tasked with creating a department that would handle uniforms for every department in the facility
