Summary

I offer a diverse environmental consulting and retail background, including due diligence, site characterization, remediation, and regulatory compliance. I have extensive experience in conducting complex site characterization and remedial investigations at numerous commercial, industrial and military sites in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York and Maryland, including several Brownfield redevelopment and underground storage tank projects. While managing numerous remedial projects at petroleum and industrial sites, I have overseen various remedial approaches, including soil excavation and disposal, soil vapor extraction, ground water pump-and-treat and free product recovery systems, the use of engineering controls and risk-based corrective action. In addition, I have conducted over 150 Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments at various commercial and industrial sites as well as numerous projects under the Pennsylvania Land Recycling Act (Act 2). I have also served as Site Safety and Health Officer (SSHO) at several federal, state, and commercial remediation project sites. During the course of my career, I have demonstrated strong technical writing abilities, organization skills, and budget management in support of project responsibilities.
