Dedicated Assistant Property Manager ready to take on the responsibility of Property Manager. Diligent student of my mentors here at FRED.
I use Chat GPT frequently, but in this section of my resume, I would like to get away from AI and speak plainly.
In my time here at FRED I have been extremely blessed to have been taken under the wing of some incredibly talented mentors. Though I would name all of whom has helped train me, the most recent and available to me is Renee. Through my time working with Renee, I have gleaned a great deal of knowledge and experience pertaining to the inner workings of property management and specifically Saddle Brook in all its uniqueness. Together we have grown and acquired a great working knowledge of not only Saddle Brook as a property, but as a structure with moving parts, personalities, wants and needs.
What I can offer is something that I believe is worth more than 10 years of experience in property management. What I offer is true insight into the chemistry of our team here, and how nurturing it in just the right way is what will make this property succeed. I can speak firsthand on the feelings of my co-workers; the feelings of abandonment and discouragement with each new turn over, which is becoming a common occurrence here at Saddle Brook. What this team needs is a strong and understanding leader who already has a naturally developed, good rapport with everyone on the team. Positioning myself as a consistent point of contact for our team members will make for a seamless transition, with minimal loss of moral. I truly believe that any member of this team would back me in my pursuit of this role, as many of them already come to me as a person that can be relied upon in any situation.
I have also built strong relationships with our residents here, most of which wouldn't bat an eye at new management if the face was my own. They are used to working with me, and akin to our team here, they know they can rely on me to lend an ear to whatever they may need attention given to in regard to their own unique situations. Positioning myself as their main point of contact would be seamless as well, maintaining comfortability for our residents.
To this company, I am an appreciating asset. I currently attend evening college courses pertaining to property management though WCTC’s Real Estate Associate Degree program. With work aligning with education, I am in a unique position. My potential increases exponentially with each new step I take in each endeavor in tandem, one benefiting the other. Assuming this new role would be gasoline on that fire, making me extremely valuable to FRED. I have a hunger to learn and advance, but also to build and fortify. I know that with the added influence of this role, the machine that is Saddle Brook will flourish all the further.
I have worked with Adam, been trained by him. Though others may have more time under their belts, I have a working relationship with my regional. He knows what to expect, and the quality of my efforts. Can he say the same for a resume off the street? Can Tyler? Alexis? With me, you know what you are signing up for. A hard worker, with an unquenchable thirst for efficiency. To make this place run even smoother than it already does, is a dream of mine that I would find great satisfaction in realizing.
Throughout my time here I have learned, laughed, forged friendships, and contributed to building an environment for all to thrive. Given the opportunity, I plan to continue forging those same qualities and even magnifying them. I know that I can be the leader that not only Saddle Brook as a business needs, but also that TEAM Saddle Brook needs!
Thank you,
Jeff Grabo
