- I have worked for the Casa Auto Group for 40 years.
- My career began in the parts department where I was responsible for costing out parts on customer R.O.'s., and inventory.
- I then moved to the accounting office where I was responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and other misc. accounting procedures.
- I was then transferred to the sales department in the finance office where I began my final journey.
- I started out as an assistant finance manager/billing clerk where I was responsible for processing/billing all deals and contracts.
- I was then promoted to a Finance Manager where I helped to increase the finance departments PVR (profit per vehicle retail) year over year. Also maintained the departments contracts in transit to 15 days or less.
- I was then promoted to a Finance Director/Sales Manager where I spent the next 25 years building a finance/sales team.
- Increased sales and gross profits year over year and maintained a high PVR while consistently controlling expenses, employee turnover and increasing our CSI. Actively trained new sales associates in the Casa sales process and have helped in the training of new Finance managers within the Casa organization.
- Have developed a great business and working relationship with FMCC, NMAC and other lending institutions that have transpired into a diverse portfolio among these institutions that have allowed the Auto Group to increase sales and profit margins year over year.
- Increased dealership cash flow by maintaining contracts in transit to 12 day funding.
- I am currently working at the Ford store as a finance manager, helping to increase auto sales and gross profits and training sales personnel in the Casa Auto Group sales process. Helped in developing a "Sales standard" that all employees must strive to excel at.
- Currently an active member of the Employee Advisory Board. We meet on a monthly basis with the Owners/Department Managers to develop a strong culture within the stores and to address any/all issues that employees have concerning their jobs and/or supervisors.
