Built and presented PowerPoint presentations to TY&E employees and supervisors about the importance of approaching others about safety. Approaching Others is designed to address the risk associated with the exposures that result in 97 percent of the fatalities and serious injuries in the rail industry.
Enhanced Safety Training helped the BNSF Transportation Rail Department reach an Injury Frequency Ratio of 1.7 (Injury Rate Per 200,000 Employee Hours).
