As an Overstock Lead, I performed tasks such as directing associates to various duties including Fill Active, Letdowns, and research. My role also included keeping a steady flow of cases from OS drop zone to PT and work with leadership to ensure the correct product to be letdown to ship or pick. As a Floor Lead I would Coordinate with IC to search for missing cases.

Performed Carton Start duties such as scanning boxes for stores and totes for ecom.

Picked items for ecom or stores.

Operated Order Pickers for case picking and putaway.

Performed fill active duties to replenish locations for pickers.
